Canada House Wellness Group (CSE: CHV) (“Canada House” or the “Company“), a fully integrated medical cannabis company, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a Cannabis 2.0 distribution agreement (the “Agreement“) with Rubicon Organics Inc. (TSXV: ROMJ) (OTCQX: ROMJF) (“Rubicon Organics“).  Under the terms of the Agreement, Canada House’s wholly owned subsidiary, Abba Medix Corp. (“Abba“), will distribute Rubicon Organics’ line of concentrate products through its established provincial distribution channels.

“Since receiving our Cannabis 2.0 sales license we have been developing and internally producing Cannabis 2.0 products for our existing distribution channels with a focus on military veterans,” said Chris Churchill-Smith, Canada House CEO.  “This Agreement allows us to partner with an industry leading Licensed Producer to leverage their outstanding line of organic concentrates while validating our distribution channels and the path to market for our own high margin cannabis oil, rosin, and other concentrate products.”
